art is that which is not grafitti.
grafitti is just a bunch of lines put together that do not have a meaning, except a political one. not to mention that it is exactly the opposite concept of "work of art" of which there is usually only one work.
it's the same as writing your name down when you're 16 yrs old and calling it literature.
