I thought riot act was pretty solid. Just so you know where I'm coming from my ratings for their albums are Ten - A, Vs - A, Vitalogy - B, No Code - D, Yield - B, Binaural - D, Riot Act - B. At this point I'd have to give this album a C. I'd say the sound quality of the version I have is good, so I don't think the sound quality is affecting my opinion.
