that should be no problem since it's the same relative dimension. define the size in the html code that embeds your swf. you could even set the width and height into 100% percent so it will always fit the avail. with and height. but most of the time it isn't really a smart choice, from a typographic point of view though. type gets to big. but anyways, change the width and height values in the html code.
