    15% is good

    a percentage is choice over a flat fee, because it will inspire your salesperson to hunt out the bigger jobs

    I've experimented with this sort of arrangement a couple of times, and it's crucial that the salesperson knows what they're talking about... make sure they know what you're capable of, and get a CONTRACT so there's no confusion in the future

    you need to work out residual commissions... if they land you a logo job, then you take over client relations, and the same client comes back with a website gig, do you pay commission? I say yes, but you need to work it out before hand
