Keep it somewhat short. 3 paragraphs.
Briefly talk about "you" and cover your past work experience, something that stands out, if you don't have too much work experience then you could go into your education a bit more.
Talk about why you think their company is "so" good, and why you would fit in.
Close off with saying you'd like an interview, and that you will give them a follow-up email or call in a few days/week.
