personally, i love a good steak, but i do sympathize with vegetarians, and think they have a pretty good point...
animals do get the nasty sharp end of the stick...i wouldn't be surprised if one day, the wife and i go vegetarian...
of course, thats probably a long way off...
but man...my bro-in-law cooked up some vegetarian beef curry a few weeks ago, and i swear, you couldn't tell that tofu stuff wasn't beef...
tasted EXACTLY like it..
totally awesome...
now, if someone could invent a tofu steak that tasted that good, i'd be on board..
a few more years of R&D should take care of it
