I had this same situation recently with my new girl...
I said to my friend 'she talks too much'.
He replied 'and after 2 months, is that the only thing you have to complain about?'.
I said 'yes'.
He said 'That's women. Deal with it'.He was right. For all her talking, she's still an amazing girl.
I believe though that you are doomed if you try and change the topic, she glosses over it, and goes straight back to herself again. Good luck with that :)
