i just basically told her she has no idea whats shes doing, but somehow shes managed to just do the samething over and over and get by. She said soemthing that I'm a bad copywriter, which i have told her I am millions of times I told her I will write something but for her to look it over. I told her shes the creative director she needs to help out her designers, if i need help with my copywriting to help me work on it dont just start putting me down and then when i get defensive bring up stuff that isnt even in my job description. We argued for a good 2hrs. She's a complete mess. She doesn't let me use photoshop unless im clipping a photo. Photoshop is for photos layout are done in illustrator so even my web designs have to be done in illustrator...complete garbage.
