Nothing. Nothing you can do short of re-scanning or painting the images over again.
Making mini-mini-mini-super-small images?
If the images are large 72 you can resample but it can blur your images.
You've got to get the originals or charge to make new images.
I've had to charge the shit outta people because they had someone else design their logo and I've had to recreate it (Illustrator) while I watched steam come out of their ears. Same thing with photos.
I've found that being a freelance designer involves a lot of "client-training". Arrgh! Oh well... I still can eat!!
