also, they got the chance to bid on the sony site- they won it because they farmed it out to the best. they probably didn't get much favoritism when it came down to the actual site. it just gave them a strong foot in the door. when a company has to make something of this magnitude they wouldn't trust a former PM as everyone knows that interactive PMs only talk on the phone.
