    I sympathize with you, but good luck getting anywhere with customer service. Services like that are always opt-out and, really, you should have been more careful. If it is in fact their error, then tear 'em a new one. :)

    Eh... I'm sure it's my fault... but that's such 'dirty' business on their part...

    .. it was an end of the season promo to increase their fourth quarter rev on an already-existing product... they don't have to be greedy and rape you during the OFFSEASON... you know?... even w/the opt-out... they shouldn't charge you for those months on something called an 'NFL' package.

    grrrrrr...
