    We were hoping to be able to use PHP.

    I've got one more question.
    Is there anyway to have someone code something that would accept a paypal payment from a member, take 10% off the top and divy it out to another member, without any human contact? If so, is that also safe in PHP.

    I'm a little worried about the security of the process, perhaps I shouldn't be.

    Any help on what job description I'm looking for here would be nice. (just a standard PHP developer ?)
