There was a rich guy in Denmark who always parked illegal in Copenhagen. He got fed up with all the work with the parking tickets he got, so he just paid for 365 ahead .. :)
Maybe they will just do the same..
But I dout it.. they have a $2 million a day fine monopoly case on their back too..
