yeah, hal, they have moved futher east and also further north, i would've said. what do you reckon, soda? hackney, certainly, especially hackney central and london fields, but also stoke newington and dalston. probably quite a fair few in bow and whitechapel as well.

I think Hackney has long been battling against the gentrification, they keep trying but the local ruffians keep spoiling it for the rich people.Ha speaking of that I got really drunk once and interupted an old dear in a pub who was complaining about the rough youths in hackney ruining the value of her house...
