  getting rid of the nt player code has always opened the song up in quicktime, but then when I "save as source", even though it is an mp3, iTunes interprets it as a quicktime movie and I can't edit the song name. So I changed QT prefs to not open any mp3s at all. So now it just downloads the file to the desktop, but still won't automatically play in iTunes.
