Well, just to in my 2 cents, are you looking to find an AD position in Chicago? As the other posters have already mentioned, the salary that you can expect for an AD position can vary quite drastically based on the city your interested in. A lot of that has to do with just the difference in cost of living. But as far as Chicago is concerned, an AD position usually tops off around $75K-80K. To get any more, you would have to be looking at the position of Senior AD or ACD, at least in Chi-town. Hope that helps. Best of luck.
