Rand, if you're on a mac, just do File>Get Info on the file, and reassign "open with" to itunes and say 'change all"...
if they're only 4k (empty) files, then you gotta toss out your webkit framework and reinstall safari.

i cant save mp3's either... mp3's are assigned to open with itunes, but when coping the address of the mp3 from nt and removing the "www.newstoday..." etc part, then the mp3 is opened in the browser window with quicktime and since i dont have qt pro, i can't save them...
??
