hello lyrek! i can only talk for seitzerland 'cause i only know the south of france (which is worth a travel in summer)
hotels/pensions in ch are very expensive, so i suggest you to take your sleeping-bag with you and sleep in hostels ( http://www.youthhostel.ch/ ) or find some cool camping ( http://www.swisscamps.ch/ ) and some more tourist information under http://www.switzerlandtourism.ch…if you come here you should visit lake geneva and the french part. lausanne is a great spot, neuchatel is all so wonderful and i suggst a visit in motreux. from montreux ( http://www.montreux.ch/index_en.…) from montreux you can take the glacier express which brings you through the mountains to the 'berner oberland' where gstaad and interlaken are. yes, its a little cheesy but if you never been here, its a good one. other places i suggest you to go are luzern ( http://www.luzern.ch/index_e.htm… ) berne and solothurn. zurich, the place where i come from, i s famous for it's nightlife and bars. there's a lot of stuff going on here. ( http://beautifulzueri.blogspot.c… ) in august there will be the 'streetparade' similar to the loveoparade in berlin where lot's of good techno djing is going on.
i suggest you too to visit the jura, the 3 lake site and the engadin (where st. moritz lies)
switzerland is quite an expensive place. if you want to cook by yourself i suggest you buy your stuff in migros. smoking weed is almost legal here and you can find good stuff by asking local reefers.
there's still ots more blabla, if you have some questions, feel free to send me a mail! enjoy!
