I would forget the hourly rate unless it's "production"
depending on your design level I would just charge a flat day rate of $500 (that's $62.50 per hour)
put on your invoice "day rate" instead of hourly rate... you can go cheaper to still get a good hourly rate, but I say you have to walk the line and make the client hurt (a little) for your work.
you would be real surprised, the higher you charge, the more you will get work and the more respect you will get.
