if you were hired through a headhunter agency, then they would be paying you like $35-$45/h and then chargin the client like $65-$100 an hour!!
i would personally charge the record label $50 an hour.
(my rate will probably change in the next 6-8 months)..
it really comes down to quality of work vs. whats out there... what you think you can get, etc..
