Switzerland: just travel along the 'Lake of Geneva' (Lac Leman), it's awesome.. then you could visit both Geneva and Lausanne and smaller places like Evian (French side of Lac Leman).. there are a LOT of good campsites there. Also do visit the Matterhorn if you plan to visit/climb/walk some mountains, it's the most impressive mountain to see in Europe!

as for France: north of France: Calais (just south of it are great villages with a history in fishing.. very cozy and an amazing coastline with giant rocks etc.), to the northeast: coutryside such as Lorraine, just beautiful and quiet (maybe a bit boring for some).. do not forget Paris ofcourse... but be aware that food generally sucks there compared to the rest of France, and the people suck too there, lots of arrogant attitude (not all Parisians, but a LOT of them, hehe),.... then go south: Provence!!! One of the most attractive areas to be in Europe... fantastic environment, great art/culture, very, very, good food, nice 'REAL' people.. i recommend to visit places like Avignon (great culture/arts), Orange (ancient, Roman town) and go see the Mont Ventoux (i once cycled myself to the top, frigging heavy, but awesome once you get there), weird mountain with both tropical plants and polar/arctic plants... the only mountain in Europe with such climatic differences..

then head south to cool down in the mediterrannee, go see Nice, St.Tropez, Monaco (expensive!!) and lay yerself down on the beach...

mmm...luvlee when i think of it..

    so, that's it..

oh, yeah, there are plenty of good campspots in France! it's what it's know for! (you can get many guides with that info there)..!

    have fun!
