so y'all are going to stop doing work if I've got a problem?
Plus, companies always play the "oh, we're non-Profit we don't make any money." Non-profit does not mean you work for free!!!
And there benefits... you can get cheaper better health insurance anywhere. Those rate are pretty high, with a $3000 deduct. ha you can get it for half what they want.
