The people are the poorest of the poor in mexico. Many of them can't pay immigration lawyers or pay the application fees. Not to mention they have no education, can barely speak spanish and don't have the work experience a country would like them to have.

yes they are but they are in Mexico. different country different nation. why is US supporting social issues that Mexico has?
