I have one that is four years old. An 18x18 i think. It's big! It was one of the old serial connector types and Wacom converted it to USB for 150 bucks. I checked out the newer pads and didn't see much difference so the $150 made sense. After I got my TiBook I haven't used it much though. It's way to big to use with the 'Book. Still have it hooked up to my souped up Beige g3. Have to use it next week for and illustration job I just got.
Get one and try it out. I think you'll like it.
