i went to a lovely french restaurant in texas. i'm not joking. the only detail they missed was having packets of sugar and blue and yellow packets of saccharine instead of sugar lumps but the wine and fish were incredible.
london food is shit but it's getting better. anything good has been stolen from other cultures (no different from the US i guess?)
