SF definitely has better Mexican food, no question...Puerto Alegre in the Mission is very tasty.
But Terrace Maya in Boulder is not bad, food is okay, but the patio on a friday night with nice weather is a great vibe, margaritas, random people salas dancing to the band.
definitely recommended Boulder experience.
