  Look man, your not hurting your chances by saying something at all. It all depends on how you put it. It should be a symbiotic relationship. You benefit; they benefit. If they are such a great company then they surely can see your viewpoint and if you are doing solid work for them, then they should pay up for it. Speak up or be spoken for. That's my motto.
