That is right, I do not fear wire taps.

This scenario is based on fear again but I have no issues with being inconvenienced. I am willing to forfeit some of my "spoiled American" comforts for the comfort of those who surround me unlike yourself. Life has changed for America and now we can no longer be spoiled. You need to give up some of your comforts and luxuries at times and I am all for it.

I do think this has been done to improve national security yes. I believe that the majority of these programs today fuel (subconsciously and without the intent) the opposition.

Of course. It was already set with Clinton (who I voted for btw).

I couldn't care less. The difference between you and I is that you are in a war against Bush and I am in a war against terrorism and to defend the US currency.

Learn to adapt with today and trust that there are too many checks and balances to let fear drive your politics.
