Question, I have a number of questions for you.
You have no beef with wiretaps because you do nothing wrong, correct?
Do you have any beef with the FBI entering your home without a warrant to search for something that isn't there? What if it happened daily? What if they trashed your home in the process? What if they scared your kids, wife and elderly parents? What if they kicked in the door to do so?
You do know that the Quakers, PETA and other peaceful non-terrorist groups have been wiretapped under this program, don't you? Do you think that was done to improve national security?
Do you think that the precedent set by this republican president should be extended to all presidents in the future (including democrats) because we are in a war on terror?
Do you doubt that wiretaps were done for political purposes in the PETA and Quaker cases?
Can the war on terror ever be won?
Was the war on drugs ever won?
What other civil rights can be whittled away in order to improve security?
