Work really hard for 1 hour. No breaks, no eyes wandering, no email, no surfing, no MSN, just start some design work.
Usually an hour in and your away. It seems the hardest thing is to actually get your head into the game, and working solid for an hour, even with work you eventually trash, I find is a great way to get going.
