I have worked in small agencies, but am currently inhouse. Our company has grown so much. we service 6 to-the-trade brands and it is getting crazy. There are plans to take on more.
The presidents want the inhouse agency to treat each brand as a client and we are retooling the entire department.
If we can get a solid groundwork, hopefully it will be easilly expandable..
if that makes sense.its an exciting opportunity to create something professional and solid.
Just trying to have some forward thinking to present to the suits.
