true! nothing is worse that trying not to spend all those $$$ for a whole year, and then having to give it all away.

i think barbtastic is correct. i got a penalty charged too a couple yrs ago.regardless, quarlerly payment is the best practice. you don't wanna pay 10s of thousands all at once.
just get an accountant. he can help you out with all that and let you know what record you should keep.
