People urinate on our subways in chicago all the time. There's the section at the end of each car that has a little partition, and two seats behind it.
It's been dubbed the "hobo hut" by many people, and it's where they go and do their thing.
It's disgusting. It would be a nice seat otherwise because it's kind of closed off.
