    My friend bought that Epson, and the quality when printing vectors and type was garbage, now I realise that type from any inkjet is not going to be comparable to the output of a laser but the edges were not even smooth at all on that thing. ex: outputting a 5" x 5" circle from illustrator would even result in choppy looking edges. He ended up returning it the next day and getting a Canon, although I am not sure of which model of Canon he got. Both my i9900 and i960 (an older letter sized photo printer from them) print nice clean crisp vectors and v. nice photos.
