study luddites..kenny G is the dogs, how can ya say he ain't jazz, he's the jazzest jazz fag around!! not only was he Billboards JAZZ MUSICIAN of the Decade (1980's)..Playboy named him top instrumentalist and is held in advisory capacity by Bill Clinton regarding fingering technique. often described as smooth, soulful, melodic and romantic polished, pop-jazz, he is also a nice bloke. i met him at the grand rapids amphitheatre in '99 on a christmas tour. he even played white christmas, despite being reluctant to cash in on a 'holday' album. anybody who wants to hear the real genius of Kenny G should buy one of his earlier nuggets from 1984 simply entitled G-Force. it's beyond comment..i heard he was lining up an album with curtis stigers, also a mean saxophonist in his own right. lay off kenny G, cos kenny G jazz!!
