car insurance is a monopoly...why the hell do i need it if everyone has to have it? fuckin' bs.
i was pulled over without insurance awhile back, was fined $350 twice in a year because of it. also, i guess i could've gone to jail for up to a year ( so the officer says ), but this all took place in michigan im sure california is a tad different.
but yeah, id try to settle with the person you hit or whatever, see if you can not go through the insurance or blablawoofwoof with all the lawyer fees and legals shit. ghey.
