he appealed the case. no word yet on if he got his pay reimbursed. he's still waiting.
after his 10 day suspension he went back to teaching the class,
also, the student that complained is still in his class being taught by the same teacher
so in short, nothing.
though i do believe the story was edited in a biased manner
it is my BELIEF that the student said something to the teacher to the effect of "let a nigga ...." (talk, walk, wait, stand, etc.)
and the teacher had better things for him to do and wanted his attention
i agree the double standard is one of the stranger quirks of our society
