Well, the news that right brain people are about to take over and are considered as important or more important to future jobs than left brain thinkers should give a bit of ammo to any ego we have.
Read an article about it recently and it was really interesting the way employers are putting more value on individuality and creativity, and less emphasis on analytical aspects they used to look for.
