Their fucking weirdo ad campaigns have seriously short shelf lives. If it were something that entered pop culture (time to make the donuts, wheres the beef, etc) then they could roll with it. But what they're doing is just plain disturbing and is creating temporary profits. It's just churn and burn advertising. They're obviously desperate.
Plus their major ad agency is based in fucking Miami. It probably costs more as they have to contract everything because talent has to fucking hate Miami. Here's some evidence
