I was in a casino out here in Vegas and there was this old man walking by me. He had his hands in his coat pocket, and when he took his right hand out, I saw a bill fall out. I walked over and picked it up and it was a $100 bill! For about 1 second I considered pocketing it, but I decided not to, so I sped up my walk and cought up to him. I said "Excuse me, sir... you dropped this back there by the restrooms" as I tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around, looked at me, then looked down at the money. He snatched the hundred out of my hand and turned around and walked away without even saying "thanks" or anything.
Needless to say, I wanted to shatter his fuckin hip at that very moment.
Since then, when I see people drop money it's the ol' step and stand technique. When I worked at a bar, it was the ol' wipe off the counter into the trash technique. Easy money ;)
