Hey yall.
This is the developer of cpluv. Yes, the browser recommendation is sad but we are only a few days away from clearing out IE CSS display bugs. You know that the entire site is XHTMl 1.1 strict and css 2.0? Look at the source code, its quite beautiful. hehe.Anyway, if you had an issue with activation, please list what happened (eg whether you clicked cancel on the map or not) and so on.
Be sure, any bugs wll be ironed out very fast!
