Type out a resignation letter stating when you said you were going to leave, and when your last day will be. You can google 'resignation letters' and it will come up with a bunch.
They legally can not make you stay. I mean seriously... who the hell do they think they are?
Maybe when meeting with your boss casualy drop in the discussion how after two weeks you will be leaving and you are expecting the normal payment check. The only thing I can see happening is they try and screw you with your last check, but just drop in there that legally they can not and you have a good laywer. good luck!
