i have never seen that kind of disrespect in any office, if you are finding this then perhaps you are just plain immature or just not strong enough to hang with your own masculinity.
if you feel you are being mislabeled as a designer by where you sleep at night, then perhaps this industry isnt for you. you dont seem to have thick enough skin to handle something so small.
or go directly to your HR and file a report for your harrassment.
