They all sure look like student projects.
It pissed me off how there is some little video for each project. You shouldn't need to explain things in person with a video, The whole point of communication design is that the design speaks for itself (that is its job).
His sketches look like my sister's GCSE art sketchbook (only not as good).
The site is definitely different from other folios, but maybe the whole site is better than the contents.
I thought the Kanye West song preview teaser was really funny and made me interested in the guy but sadly the work didn't live up to the hype.
