my uncle is the only person i know that can say, "yeah i had cancer one weekend."
he noticed blood in his urine on friday and went to the doctor. they did a catscan and asked him to come in on saturday morning. he met with one of the top urologists in the country (he lives in boston. top med city). doctor said it appears to most likely be bladder cancer. two hours later he was in surgery having the tiny tumor removed. he went home sunday. today he is as work. i just talked to him at the office a few minutes ago. tomorrow he flies out to hawaii as planned. cancer free.
