the interest from the papers clearly cause the viet authorities to not allow him to buy his way out, according to one of my old school mates, if we have ever been to vietnam we would find it difficult to tell the difference between a legal age ho with 5 years experience and an under age girl from just looking at them, apparently the bars are so dark to even tell the difference between anybody and they flash you a card with a picture on it to inform you their legal,
he is an dirty old evil man that wears glitter, he got off lightly imo, he should have got longer in the uk, if they had done their job correctly and given him a true sentence he wouldnt be around the world with underage girls.
