Kind of funny that your pic of the five logo is hosted on the bbc website.
I maintain (for the last few years a least) that my favourite logo is the London Symphony Orchestra logo.
It's so subtle and looks good too.
(if you don't get it straight away, apart from saying L S O there is also an added bonus to do with orchestras – genius!)
