As my uncle says "it's all about patients, just let it mellow".Hey canuck, give it a go. I'm goin to try and make it to a class this weekend where they do it from scratch, just the grains baby.
They say that that's the best way to go.
Yup this lot should end up costing me about 35c a bottle.
