I have Photoshop 7, it should run under Rosetta. That does not sound to bad Stratus, that sounds like a workable speed.. It would not be much different on the Mini then with plenty of Ram.
I used to design on an iMac 400 Mhz with 128mb ram !! It worked fine when the applications were running, load times were slow.
