This is backup file server only.
You agree to have read and agreed to all terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree not to violate any terms in the terms of this agreement. Furthermore, you to agree to not to contest any civil or criminal action server administrators, our service provider, or the server owner may take against you.
You agree not to download or upload files that may violate State, Provincial or Federal Law. Any monies collected are for Server Maintenance but are not used to monitor files.
You agree that to the following statements:
1) You are not a law enforcement officer.
2) You do not work for any software company
3) You are not affiliated with or work for the following companies:Microsoft
Macromedia
Adobe
Symantec4) You have not been hired by any of these companies:

Adobe
Symantec5) You do not work for division of the United States Government including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation or Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
6) You do not work for any division of the Canadian Government including but not limited to Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
7) You are not a civilian under direct or indirect contract for any division of the United States Government or Canadian Government.
8) You will not disclose the contents of contents of this server to anyone else including, but not limited to U.S. Government officials or Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
9) You are not a citizen of the United States of America or Canada
10) You certify that you are 21 years of age or older
Our Service provider assumes no liability for the files on this server. Furthermore, you will not hold the owner of this server or our service provider liable for any content or files on this server. Operator assumes no liability for files on Server.
Server Administrator's do not monitor files or file transfer or any portion thereof.
You agree that your IP address can be logged, and we reserve the right to scan your IP address.
Your account and membership may terminated at any time for violation of these terms. Server administrators, the owner of the server or our DSL provider may not be held responsible for enforcing the terms or this agreement but may do at any time.
